Welcome to Telsons Treats. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms.

Our Products

All products are handmade fresh to order using quality ingredients. As our products are food items, they are subject to availability and may vary slightly in appearance from images shown.

Ordering

• A minimum of 3 days' notice is required for all orders.
• Rush orders may be accommodated subject to availability and will incur a 20% surcharge.
• Orders are confirmed once payment has been received in full.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Allergens

Our products are made in a kitchen that handles nuts, gluten, dairy, eggs, and other allergens. We cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from allergens. Please contact us before ordering if you have any dietary requirements or allergies.

Delivery & Collection

• It is the customer's responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive delivery or collect the order at the agreed time.
• Telsons Treats is not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or failed collection.

Payments 

Full payment is required to confirm your order. We accept payments through our online store.

Limitation of Liability

Telsons Treats' liability is limited to the value of the order placed. We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products.

Changes to These Terms 

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
