How far in advance do I need to order?

We require a minimum of 3 days' notice for all orders. For larger or more complex orders, we recommend getting in touch as early as possible to avoid disappointment.

Can I place a rush order?

Rush orders may be accommodated subject to availability and will incur a 20% surcharge. Please contact us via WhatsApp to discuss.

Do you cater for allergies or dietary requirements?

Our products are made in a home kitchen that handles nuts, gluten, dairy, eggs, and other allergens. We cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from allergens. Please contact us before ordering if you have any dietary requirements or allergies and we will do our best to help.

How do I place an order?

You can order directly through our website, or get in touch via info@telsonstreats.co.uk to discuss a custom order.

Do you offer custom orders?

Yes! We love creating bespoke treats for special occasions. Get in touch to discuss your ideas and we'll do our best to bring them to life.

How should I store my treats?

Most of our products are best enjoyed within 3-5 days of delivery or collection. Store in a cool, dry place in an airtight container. Some products may need to be refrigerated — we'll let you know when you receive your order.

Do you offer delivery?

Yes, we offer local delivery and postal orders. Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your location. We also offer collection at an agreed time.

Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your agreed collection or delivery date. Cancellations made after this time may not be eligible for a refund as your order will already be in preparation.

What if there's a problem with my order?

We want you to be completely happy! If there's an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it with a photo and we'll do our best to make it right.
